Avesthagen established 'ATASH SEEDS PVT. LTD.' as a vehicle to deliver the latest Agbiotechnology technologies
developed within Avesthagen dealing with agricultural productivity and production.

HybridFITTM, DroughtFITTM and SalinityFITTM; whereas all countries would benefit
from our NutritionFITTM technology.
As a strategic model, Atash acquired a fully integrated field crop seed company, Swagath seeds, with a portfolio of
Hybrid Seeds of field crops: Maize, Grain Sorghum, Pearl Millet, Rice, Cotton and Sunflower. In 2009, Atash became a
JV with VCO of France partnering with Avesthagen. Atash is in the process of developing its growth strategy to tap
the potential of the Indian and Asian markets. Atash would become a platform for building a leading, technology-led,
people-driven seed company with a vision of "Seeding Growth". Atash aims to become a key player in the USD 1.3 bn
