Avestha in MoU with Kerala govt

Bangalore based biotechnology company Avestha Gengraine has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Kerala government to set up a new biotech company in India as a special purpose vehicle. The Company will be set up within a initial corpus of Rs 10 crore.
