Biotech SPV in Kerala

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Avesthagen Gengraine Technologies has tied up with the Kerala government's department of industries to assist in phytopharmaceutical and neutraceutical development in the state.

A special purpose vehicle (SPV) with an initial corpus of Rs 10 crore will be set up to establish biotechnology infrastructure and expertise in the state, officials said. The SPV will offer cost-effective means to get traditional medicine products evaluated and validated for marketing in the global market place
