QUALITY GUARANTEE
We guarantee all products that we sell will meet the customer’s stated quality, potency and purity levels per prestipulated testing methods. Handling and storage is the responsibility of the buyer and should adhere to our recommendations for maximum shelf life.
Inspection, Shortages and Damages
All orders should be inspected immediately upon receipt for shortages or damages. Do not accept damaged goods without a damage notation from the carrier. Retain containers and packing material for the carrier’s inspection report. Any shortages or damages must be reported to Renaissance Herbs within one week of receipt of order.
Cancellations and Returns
Any order changes, cancellations or returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted without a written authorization from Renaissance Herbs. Requests for returns must be made within one week of receipt of order. Returns must be in original packaging containers and in saleable condition.
Claims
Any product quality claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
